What Brighton’s July Market Report Says
July closed with 11 sales, a median price of $340k, and inventory at 0.7 months-all down significantly year over year. This change looks like a sudden pullback rather than a trend, likely driven by fewer available listings. Any active listing has serious leverage right now given how few homes are on the market.
